Building national infrastructure that has to work on day one.
Radito Maulana Putra, MBA, MM · CTO, Roatex Indonesia Toll System
Board-reporting technology executive with 20+ years directing national-scale telecom and infrastructure programs across Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Japan. Today I lead technology for Indonesia’s first nationwide open-road electronic tolling platform.
Scale, delivered under real SLAs.
From vendor-side execution to board-level technology strategy, a career built on programs measured in thousands of sites and billions of dollars.
Vendor swap at national scale
Directed the program replacing Huawei and Ericsson infrastructure with Nokia across 3 regions and 8 cities for Mobily, covering 20,000+ network elements.
45,000 network elements, 12,000 new sites
Led a national rollout for Smartfren and a 10,000-router IP-RAN deployment supporting MOCN, with P&L ownership across multiple operator accounts.
Footprint recovery and modernization
Led a $500M+ business case to secure network footprint in Jakarta’s outer metro, and modernized 1,200+ sites while delivering 1,000+ new LTE sites ahead of schedule.
PMO that outlasted the program
Built a PMO across four regional directors, still in use, improving efficiency by 23%.
100% compliance, $200K+ in fines avoided
Directed a centralized compliance database, still in use, that cut error rates by 36%.
